PROPRIETARY RATING SYSTEM

We have developed a proprietary rating scale ranging from zero to five 'Landaus.'  A Landau is a unit of measurement by which all our dining experiences are quantified.  While weighted heavily towards food quality and taste, a Landau also encompasses service, atmosphere and price.  In short, we believe The Landau is a perfect unit of measurement for all dining experiences.
